Stop interacting with registration.contact column (#8200)
Deprecate the IgnoreAccountContacts feature flag. This causes the SA to
never query the contact column when reading registrations from the
database, and to never write a value for the contact column when
creating a new registration.

This requires updating or disabling several tests. These tests could be
deleted now, but I felt it was more appropriate for them to be fully
deleted when their corresponding services (e.g. expiration-mailer) are
also deleted.

Add Identifiers to Authorization & Order structs (#7961)
Add `identifier` fields, which will soon replace the `dnsName` fields,
to:
- `corepb.Authorization`
- `corepb.Order`
- `rapb.NewOrderRequest`
- `sapb.CountFQDNSetsRequest`
- `sapb.CountInvalidAuthorizationsRequest`
- `sapb.FQDNSetExistsRequest`
- `sapb.GetAuthorizationsRequest`
- `sapb.GetOrderForNamesRequest`
- `sapb.GetValidAuthorizationsRequest`
- `sapb.NewOrderRequest`

Populate these `identifier` fields in every function that creates
instances of these structs.

Use these `identifier` fields instead of `dnsName` fields (at least
preferentially) in every function that uses these structs. When crossing
component boundaries, don't assume they'll be present, for
deployability's sake.

Deployability note: Mismatched `cert-checker` and `sa` versions will be
incompatible because of a type change in the arguments to
`sa.SelectAuthzsMatchingIssuance`.

Use consistent naming for dnsName gRPC fields (#7654)
Find all gRPC fields which represent DNS Names -- sometimes called
"identifier", "hostname", "domain", "identifierValue", or other things
-- and unify their naming. This naming makes it very clear that these
values are strings which may be included in the SAN extension of a
certificate with type dnsName.

As we move towards issuing IP Address certificates, all of these fields
will need to be replaced by fields which carry both an identifier type
and value, not just a single name. This unified naming makes it very
clear which messages and methods need to be updated to support
non-dnsName identifiers.

SA: store and return certificate profile name (#7352)
Adds `certificateProfileName` to the `orders` database table. The
[maximum
length](https://github.com/letsencrypt/boulder/pull/7325/files#diff-a64a0af7cbf484da8e6d08d3eefdeef9314c5d9888233f0adcecd21b800102acR35)
of a profile name matches the `//issuance` package.

Adds a `MultipleCertificateProfiles` feature flag that, when enabled,
will store the certificate profile name from a `NewOrderRequest`. The
certificate profile name is allowed to be empty and the database will
treat that row as [NULL](https://mariadb.com/kb/en/null-values/). When
the SA retrieves this potentially NULL row, it will be cast as the
golang string zero value `""`.

SRE ticket IN-10145 has been filed to perform the database migration and
enable the new feature flag. The migration must be performed before
enabling the feature flag.

Finish migration from int64 timestamps to timestamppb (#7142)
This is a cleanup PR finishing the migration from int64 timestamps to
protobuf `*timestamppb.Timestamps` by removing all usage of the old
int64 fields. In the previous PR
https://github.com/letsencrypt/boulder/pull/7121 all fields were
switched to read from the protobuf timestamppb fields.

Adds a new case to `core.IsAnyNilOrZero` to check various properties of
a `*timestamppb.Timestamp` reducing the visual complexity for receivers.

It's borpin' time! (#6982)
This change replaces [gorp] with [borp].

The changes consist of a mass renaming of the import and comments / doc
fixups, plus modifications of many call sites to provide a
context.Context everywhere, since gorp newly requires this (this was one
of the motivating factors for the borp fork).

This also refactors `github.com/letsencrypt/boulder/db.WrappedMap` and
`github.com/letsencrypt/boulder/db.Transaction` to not embed their
underlying gorp/borp objects, but to have them as plain fields. This
ensures that we can only call methods on them that are specifically
implemented in `github.com/letsencrypt/boulder/db`, so we don't miss
wrapping any. This required introducing a `NewWrappedMap` method along
with accessors `SQLDb()` and `BorpDB()` to get at the internal fields
during metrics and logging setup.

SA: Don't store HTTP-01 hostname and port in database validationrecord (#6863)
Removes the `Hostname` and `Port` fields from an http-01
ValidationRecord model prior to storing the record in the database.
Using `"hostname":"example.com","port":"80"` as a snippet of a whole
validation record, we'll save minimum 36 bytes for each new http-01
ValidationRecord that gets stored. When retrieving the record, the
ValidationRecord `RehydrateHostPort` method will repopulate the
`Hostname` and `Port` fields from the `URL` field.

Fixes the main goal of

Probs: simplifications and cleanup (#6876)
Make minor, non-user-visible changes to how we structure the probs
package. Notably:
- Add new problem types for UnsupportedContact and
UnsupportedIdentifier, which are specified by RFC8555 and which we will
use in the future, but haven't been using historically.
- Sort the problem types and constructor functions to match the
(alphabetical) order given in RFC8555.
- Rename some of the constructor functions to better match their
underlying problem types (e.g. "TLSError" to just "TLS").
- Replace the redundant ProblemDetailsToStatusCode function with simply
always returning a 500 if we haven't properly set the problem's
HTTPStatus.
- Remove the ability to use either the V1 or V2 error namespace prefix;
always use the proper RFC namespace prefix.

Unify how we do streaming database selects (#6176)
Create a new type `db.MappedSelector` which exposes a new
`Query` method. This method behaves similar to gorp's
`SelectFoo` methods, in that it uses the desired result type to
look up the correct table to query and uses reflection to map
the table columns to the struct fields. It behaves similarly to
the stdlib's `sql.Query` in that it returns a `Rows` object which
can be iterated over to get one row of results at a time. And it
improves both of those by using generics, rather than `interface{}`,
to provide a nicely-typed calling interface.

Use this new type to simplify the existing streaming query in
`SerialsForIncident`. Similarly use the new type to simplify
rocsp-tool's and ocsp-updater's streams of `CertStatusMetadata`.
This new type will also be used by the crl-updater's upcoming
`GetRevokedCerts` streaming query.

Remove SA Registration gRPC wrappers (#5551)
Remove all error checking and type transformation from the gRPC wrappers
for the following methods on the SA:
- GetRegistration
- GetRegistrationByKey
- NewRegistration
- UpdateRegistration
- DeactivateRegistration

Update callers of these methods to construct the appropriate protobuf
request messages directly, and to consume the protobuf response messages
directly. In many cases, this requires changing the way that clients
handle the `Jwk` field (from expecting a `JSONWebKey` to expecting a
slice of bytes) and the `Contacts` field (from expecting a possibly-nil
pointer to relying on the value of the `ContactsPresent` boolean field).

Implement two new methods in `sa/model.go` to convert directly between
database models and protobuf messages, rather than round-tripping
through `core` objects in between. Delete the older methods that
converted between database models and `core` objects, as they are no
longer necessary.

Update test mocks to have the correct signatures, and update tests to
not rely on `JSONWebKey` and instead use byte slices.

Use error wrapping for berrors and tests (#5169)
This change adds two new test assertion helpers, `AssertErrorIs`
and `AssertErrorWraps`. The former is a wrapper around `errors. Is`,
and asserts that the error's wrapping chain contains a specific (i.e.
singleton) error. The latter is a wrapper around `errors. As`, and
asserts that the error's wrapping chain contains any error which is
of the given type; it also has the same unwrapping side effect as
`errors. As`, which can be useful for further assertions about the
contents of the error.

It also makes two small changes to our `berrors` package, namely
making `berrors.ErrorType` itself an error rather than just an int,
and giving `berrors.BoulderError` an `Unwrap()` method which
exposes that inner `ErrorType`. This allows us to use the two new
helpers above to make assertions about berrors, rather than
having to hand-roll equality assertions about their types.

Finally, it takes advantage of the two changes above to greatly
simplify many of the assertions in our tests, removing conditional
checks and replacing them with simple assertions.

Adds a feature which gates creation of authorizations following the style required for the new schema (and which can be used for gating the reset of our new schema code later down the road).

There was an internal discussion about an issue this creates regarding a predictable ordering of challenges within a challenge due to sequential challenge IDs which will always be static for each challenge type. It was suggested we could add some kind of obfuscation to the challenge ID when presented to the user to prevent this.
