Aaron Gable 24c385c1cc Delete contact-auditor (#8244) ... The contact-auditor's purpose was to scan the contact emails stored in our database and identify invalid addresses which could be removed. As of https://github.com/letsencrypt/boulder/pull/8201 we no longer have any contacts in the database, so this tool no longer has a purpose.
