Adds propTypes to the existing components and enables eslint errors for anything moving forward. Risha Mars	0f7d98067d	Make the sidebar icon based and collapsed by default (#897 ) Make the sidebar icon based and collapsed by default I had to move the call to version check into the sidebar component, indicator when the sidebar was minimized if there was a conduit update.
