Ivan Sim	1e2e2bf53c	Install the Linkerd global and proxy config maps (#2344) ... Also, some protobuf updates: * Rename `api_port` to match recent changes in CLI code. * Remove the `cni` message because it won't be used. * Remove `registry` field from proto types.
