Scott Fleener 838f2fd222 feat(policy): Configure outbound hostname labels in metrics (#13822) ... Linkerd proxies no longer omit `hostname` labels for outbound policy metrics (due to potential for high-cardinality). This change adds Helm templates and annotations to control this behavior, allowing users to opt-in to these outbound hostname labels.
