Fixes #4105 In my local machine, `linkerd stat` was not returning traffic up until the 17th try or so. Which explains why the 20s timeout was a bit too close to the limit and this test was failing sometimes. So I increased the timeout up to 40s and I'm also adding stderr to the error message. |
