This change introduces two named parameters for `linkerd install`, split by privilege: - `linkerd install config` - Namespace - ClusterRoles - ClusterRoleBindings - CustomResourceDefinition - ServiceAccounts - `linkerd install control-plane` - ConfigMaps - Secrets - Deployments - Services Comprehensive `linkerd install` is still supported.
