Alejandro Pedraza 3de35ccc58 Remove Discovery service leftovers (#3500) ... Followup to #2990, which refactored `linkerd endpoints` to use the `Destination.Get` API instead of the `Discovery.Endpoints` API, leaving the Discovery with no implented methods.
