If the proxy doesn't become ready `linkerd-await` never succeeds and the proxy's logs don't become accessible. This change adds a default 2 minute timeout so that pod startup continues despite the proxy failing to become ready. `linkerd-await` fails and `kubectl` will report that a post start hook failed.
