* update "Getting Started" docs
This branch makes the following changes to the "Getting Started" docs:
- Adds the `linkerd install --crds` command prior to `linkerd install`.
- Removes the mention of multi-stage install, which no longer exists.
- Adds a link to the authorization policy docs in the section on next
steps.
