move the logic in `cpSync` that copies a directory from
src to dest from JavaScript to C++ increasing its performance
Note: this improvement is not applied if the filter option is
provided, such optimization will be looked into separately

`EXTENSIONLESS_FORMAT_JAVASCRIPT` and `EXTENSIONLESS_FORMAT_WASM` are
only used internally through binding `getFormatOfExtensionlessFile`.
They should not be exposed publicly.

When creating an fast api the callback might use the receiver. In that
case if the internal binding is destructured the method won't have
access to the reciver and it will throw. Passing the receiver as second
argument ensures the receiver is available.

Adds a debug-only macro that can be used to track when a V8 fast API is
called. A map of counters is maintained in in thread-local storage and
an internal API can be called to get the total count associated with
a call id.
Specific tests are added and `crypto.timingSafeEqual` as well as
internal documentation are updated to show how to use the macro
and test fast API calls without running long loops.

Implementing the inspector session object as an async resource causes
unwanted context change when a breakpoint callback function is being
called. Modelling the inspector api without the AsyncWrap base class
ensures that the callback has access to the AsyncLocalStorage instance
that is active in the affected user function.
See `test-inspector-async-context-brk.js` for an illustration of the
use case.
