Revert "http: headers(Distinct), trailers(Distinct) setters to be no-op"
This reverts commit 4d723c7fd6.

I'm not sure if we should re-apply this as a semver-major change or if
we should accept it as valid and add tests/documentation, but either
way, we have to revert it at least temporarily.

Evidence has shown that use of primordials have sometimes an impact of
performance. This commit reverts the changes who are most likely to be
responsible for performance regression in the HTTP response path.

Daniele Belardi 55e83cbe95 http: use `autoDestroy: true` in incoming message
Enable the default `autoDestroy: true` option in IncomingMessage.

Refactor `_http_client` and `_http_server` to remove any manual
destroying/closing of IncomingMessage.
Refactor IncomingMessage `destroy` method to use the standard
implementation of the stream module and move the early termination
event emitting inside of it.

Store all primordials as properties of the primordials object.
Static functions are prefixed by the constructor's name and prototype
methods are prefixed by the constructor's name followed by "Prototype".
For example: primordials.Object.keys becomes primordials.ObjectKeys.

lib: remove `inherits()` usage
This switches all `util.inherits()` calls to use
`Object.setPrototypeOf()` instead. In fact, `util.inherits()` is
mainly a small wrapper around exactly this function while adding
the `_super` property on the object as well.

http: fix _dump regression
A recent set of changes removed _consuming tracking from server
incoming messages which ensures that _dump only runs if the
user has never attempted to read the incoming data. Fix by
reintroducing _consuming which tracks whether _read was ever
successfully called.

Remove the req._consumed property, as its use is completely

Enable additional rules that node either already adheres to
or it makes sense to do so going forward: for-direction,
accessor-pairs, no-lonely-if and symbol-description.

Fix all instances of no-lonely-if in lib & test and disable
accessor-pairs in test-util-inspect.

Yihong Wang 716e9e07fd http: suppress data event if req aborted
Re-enable test-http-abort-stream-end and put it into parallel
category. Use system random port when calling server.listen()
and fix eslint errors.

After calling request.abort(), in order to avoid the buffered
data to trigger the 'data' event, explicitly remove 'data' event
listeners.

Rich Trott cce520a5de tools: ignore URLs in line length linting
Where inclusion of a lengthy URL causes a line to exceed 80 characters
in our code base, do not report the line length as a linting error.

James M Snell 98e54b0bd4 meta: restore original copyright header
A prior io.js era commit inappropriately removed the
original copyright statements from the source. This
restores those in any files still remaining from that
edit.
