When emitting the experimental warning for `require(esm)`, include

This previously compiles a script and run it in a new context
to avoid global pollution, which is more complex than necessary
and can be too slow for it to be reused in other cases. The
new implementation just checks the frames in C++ which is safe
from global pollution, faster and simpler.
The previous implementation also had a bug when the call site
is in a ESM, because ESM have URLs as their script names,
which don't start with '/' or '\' and will be skipped. The new
implementation removes the skipping to fix it for ESM.

This patch:
- Builds the set of modules that can be required by users with/without
the `node:` prefix at snapshot building time. We only modify it when
`--expose-internals` but the default set is now in the snapshot. At
run time the CJS module loader only creates a frozen array out of it.
- `BuiltinModule.canBeRequiredWithoutScheme()` is now enough to
determine if an id can be required without `node:` without an
additional call to `BuiltinModule.canBeRequiredByUsers()`
- Replace the pending-to-deprecate methods on `Module` with an internal
implementation that only queries the CLI flags when being invoked.
So we can install these methods in the snapshot.

This commit adds code coverage functionality to the node:test
module. When node:test is used in conjunction with the new
--test-coverage CLI flag, a coverage report is created when
the test runner finishes. The coverage summary is forwarded to
any test runner reporters so that the display can be customized
as desired. This new functionality is compatible with the
existing NODE_V8_COVERAGE environment variable as well.
There are still several limitations, which will be addressed in
subsequent pull requests:
- Coverage is only reported for a single process. It is possible
to merge coverage reports together. Once this is done, the
--test flag will be supported as well.
- Source maps are not currently supported.
- Excluding specific files or directories from the coverage
report is not currently supported. Node core modules and
node_modules/ are excluded though.

It turns out that even with startup snapshots, there is a non-trivial
overhead for loading internal modules. This patch makes the loading
of the non-essential modules lazy again.
Caveat: we have to make some of the globals lazily-loaded too,
so the WPT runner is updated to test what the state of the global
scope is after the globals are accessed (and replaced with the
loaded value).
