fix spring-webflux cast to PathPattern throws ClassCastException (#6872) 

when
ServerWebExchange.getAttributes().put(HandlerMapping.BEST_MATCHING_PATTERN_ATTRIBUTE,
"path string type").
opentelemetry javaagent will throw exception.
