Migrate spring-web to base httpserver test

Unfortunately 404 test was not consistent and non-trivial to adapt. I also couldn’t get the validation tests to work well either. Revisit if we have time to dig deeper into spring.

Previously we were inheriting from the parent and also often setting as a tag.
Apply default span assertion to verify the spanType is being checked properly. (Include error state too.)

Implement `saveHasSuperType` and use it instead of `hasSuperType`

The idea is to just 'trim' type hierarchy 'up-trees' that we cannot
resolve dring instrumentation instead of failing to instrument completely.

By default, instrumentation is enabled, and can be disabled by default by overriding the `defaultEnabled` method. Instrumentation can also be disabled individually or enabled when default is disabled.
