* This is a combination of 2 commits. This is the 1st commit message: WIP on converting to String-based SpanContext don't hand out the byte arrays publicly, but require making copies make sure to hand out fresh invalid byte arrays. Use strings for span and trace ids. Jaeger Remote Sampler
This module implements Jaeger remote sampler. The sampler configuration is received from collector's gRPC endpoint.
Example
The following example shows initialization and installation of the sampler:
