it was added to deal with a lint error about not using arrow functions, but it never needed to be added. The watched keys are sufficient dependent keys for the computed property.

Cloning annotations was causing problems with how binding tracking
was working. Specifically it caused problems when
annotations.ownerBindingsCreated was present.
This removes the annotations entirely as recommended by @Ricky.

We want to provide the owner as additional information when showing
node templates on the node templates page. We also want to make it so
that when selecting a node template the users templates will be grouped
and sorted to the top by default.
