There are changes required for the ember upgrade but additional changes
for individual libs are also present. Commit has been squashed, see
individual commits if needed.
There are a bunch of HBS changes as well. These are to deal with a
couple new rules and there impact is low. The button one has bitten us a
few time so this seemed great to add IMO.

the library has changed quite a bit and no longer provides an addon for the content-item where we handling the click event to close the dropdown,
thus click events must be added manually to the items being clicked to close the dropdown.

turned off a couple rules that could be too much to test right now
we use this to hide the remove action button on the default row when creating
one fo the two mentioned resources. This is because the backend automatcially
sets up this binding on create. We display this fake member so the user doesnt
feel like they need to add themsevles as a member.
project-member-row was using `avatarSrc` on its component which was slightly
different then the same code used in the principal model but really should have
been the same. I got rid of the duplicate code in the component since the model
is the data owner. It really should manage the avatar source building.
I also updated single quotes to doubles in template and refactored the owner
logic since it wasn't doing anything extra that the noUpdate flag was doing.
