* Add an entry for Kube State Metrics
SIG Instrumentation needs more hands upstream, and we hope an LFX
mentorship will eventually help us convert interested mentee(s) into
long-term contributors.
The project itself is pretty straight-forward, with previously
undertaken efforts serving as blueprints, the patches on top of which
the effort will resume, so the overall workload doesn't come off as
daunting.
