We don't care about the provenance of the machine image, so this is no
longer applicable to have when displaying info.

Adds `ConnectionInfo()` to the `MachineConfig` and fills out
`InspectInfo` accordingly. Additionally fixes the "inspect with go format" test.
Changes `ConfigPath` to `ConfigDir` to better represent the
output.

Remove TODO to swap `Rootful` in Inspect with `HostUser`
It is unnecessary to remove the vfkit logfile in the provider-specific Remove function. Vfkit is fed the default logfile provided by mc.LogFile which is removed by the generic Remove function.
Removes TODO regarding moving the location of Stop. False TODO.

The intial refactor used specifically qemu for testing and infra bring
up. But the whole point was to have things interfaced. This PR results
in an interface experience like podman 4 using the same term `provider`
to generically represent 'a provider' like qemu/applehv/etc.
This PR is required to move forward with new providers.
Also renamed pkg/machine/p5 to pkg/machine/shim.

The following PR is the leading PR for refactoring podman machine with
the following goals:
* less duplication/more re-use
* common configuration file between providers
* more consistentency in how machines are handled by providers
The goal of this PR is the rough refactor. There are still rough spots
for sure, specifically around the podman socket and pipe. This
implemention is only for Linux. All other providers are still present
but will not compile or work. This is why tests for them have been
temporarily suspended.
The ready socket code is another area that needs to be smoothed over.
Right now, the ready socket code is still in QEMU. Preferably it would
be moved to a generic spot where all three approaches to readiness
socket use can be defined.
It should also be noted:
* all machine related tests pass.
* make validate for Linux passes
* Apple QEMU was largely removed
* More code pruning is possible; will become clearer when other
providers are complete.
the dir pkg/machine/p5 is not permanent. i had to seperate this from
machine initially due to circular import problems. i think when all
providers are done (or nearly done), it can be placed and named
properly.

this pr has the basic plumbing that allows the e2e machine tests to run
with the hyperv provider.
it requires a special fcos image right now because gvforwarder was not
in the upstream fcos images for hyperv.
changed the way "provider" is set; moved GetProvider functions to
pkg/machine/provider. provider is now set at the machine level.

GetSystemDefaultProvider reworked to fetch provider value from
the config file.
Additional environment variable CONTAINERS_MACHINE_PROVIDER is
supported to override the config for testing purposes.

Currently the podman command --format output code uses a mix of
report.Formatter and report.Template.
I patched report.Formatter to correctly handle newlines[1]. Since we
cannot fix this with report.Template we have to migrate all users to
report.Formatter. This ensures consistent behavior for all commands.
This change does not change the output, we can add a new test for the
newline bug when the common PR is vendored in.
Also fix a bug where a invlaid template would not cause a exit code > 0,
see the added test case.

Podman Machine crashes if run as root. When creating the machine, we write the ignition so that the UID of the core user matches the UID of the user on the host. We by default, create the root user on the machine with UID 0. If the user on the host is root, the core UID and the Root UID collide, causing a the VM not to boot.

podman system reset did not clean up machines fully, leaving some config
files, and breaking machines. Now it removes all machines files fully.

and basic information. machine inspect now has information that would
be appropriate for different machines.

For the AutocompleteFormat function we expect the correct template
struct which is used in the golang template. The function can handle
both struct and pointer to a struct. Using the reference is more
efficient since it doe snot have to copy the whole struct.
Also change some structs to use he actual type from the template instead
of some nested one to make sure it has to correct fields.

podman machine was using the file modification time to get the running status
add three new config entries Starting (bool) Created (time) LastUp (time) to actually
keep track of when these events happened. This means we can use the config file
to actually store this data and not mess up the created/last-up time.
This fixes the issues where the machine would report running 15 seconds before it was up.
Also fixes the issue of modifying the file manually and saying the machine is "up"
