Change ignored directory to forward slash 
When using the backward slash I think it will only use on Windows? 

In my case I was on MacOS and the folders weren't ignored until I changed the slashes to be forward slash.

Desktop: update mutagen file sync documentation (#11078) 
* Desktop: update mutagen file sync documentation

- terminology: we use "synchronize" rather than "cache"
- it's possible to configure it via `:delegated`
- it's possible to avoid it via `:cached`
- scripting should work better with `docker run`
- it's possible to use the global mutagen config file to completely
  exclude directories from the sync (in both directions, not just one
  direction)
