compose: make `project directory` explicit (#12978) 
* compose: make `project directory` explicit

See https://github.com/docker/compose/issues/8347 .
Some users assume that `project directory` is the directory which has `docker-compose.yaml`.
But this is not true (at least for now) when you execute `docker-compose` in sub directory.
This PR makes it clear.

* fix a typo and made style updates

Some tweaks to the API styling 
- Update the logo
- Make fonts and colors a bit more consistent with the rest of the docs
- Don't uppercase TOC menu items
- Update _fetch_upstream_resources script to make the logo-URL relative
  to the current website.

Minor fixes in the run-tests.md 
Fixed line numbers in example, as two lines 57 were shown and it was not obvious which line needs to be changed.
Removed profile argument from example outputs, as the corresponding Dockerfile examples for the test image do not have it.
