Upgrading the gradle wrappers

Set GRADLE_VERSION to the version of gradle.

Set GRADLE_VERSION_CHECKSUM to the "Binary-only (-bin) ZIP Checksum" for that version from https://gradle.org/release-checksums/.

Then run:
